Take notice of the center exposed orientated strand board (belly band), that is where the first and second floor come together.


Homeowner/Builder must supply all materials and labor to install railings. Take notice where the first and second floor have come together (mate wall), your sub contractor must sheetrock, spackle and paint this area. They also chose to arch the doorway area on the mate wall.
